Section 24: Power to remove difficulties

The Rajasthan Prisoners Release on Parole Rules, 2021State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of these rules, the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make such provisions, not inconsistent with these rules, as it deems necessary or expedient for the removal of the difficulty:

Provided that no order under this rule shall be made after expiry of three years from the date of the commencement of these rules.

(2) Every notification issued under this rule shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the House of State Legislature.
