Section 2: Scope of Rules

The Rajasthan Prisoners Welfare Fund Rules, 1964State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

These rules shall apply to all prisoners undergoing imprisonment in any Jail or lock-up throughout the State of Rajasthan.

3. Constitution of Funds - A 'Fund' known as Rajasthan Prisoners Welfare Aid Fund shall be constituted at all Jails or Lock-ups throughout the State of Rajasthan.
