Section 102: Power to suspend

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

When any subordinate officer is accused or suspected of having committed any offence and the Superintendent is of the opinion that a prima facie case against such officer has been made out and that the case cannot be adequately dealt with departmentally, he shall forthwith suspend such officer, and cause him to be brought before a magistrate having jurisdiction to enquire into or try the case.
