Section 130: Female prisoner in cell

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) When a female prisoner is detained in a cell in the female enclosure, the female warder shall always be present in the enclosure with the cell keys in her possession, to attend to the prisoner’s wants and to prevent suicide.

(2) If a female prisoner is confined in a cell at night, the female warder shall be present near the cell at suitable place.
