(1) The weight of prisoners on admission shall be taken in the presence of the Medical Officer and be verified by him.
(2) If the Medical Officer is not present when prisoners are admitted to prison, they shall be weighed by the Medical Subordinate during admission, if possible and in any case not later than the next morning.
(3) The Medical Officer shall carefully examine the prisoner and shall himself record health screening on admission.
(4) The Medical Officer shall also supervise the entry of the prisoners’ identification marks, which may be noted by the Medical Subordinate.
(5) Medical Examination of prisoners shall be made with due regard to decency and with reasonable privacy.
