All prisoners shall be seen immediately after admission by the medical subordinate and if anyone is found sick or suffering from injuries, wounds or other marks of violence, a note of his general condition, prominent symptoms or in case of injury, the number, situation, size, character and nature of the injury, wounds or bruises shall at once be made in the Admission Register.
