Section 201: Police interrogation

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Only such police officers as have been authorized by the Judge or Magistrate, shall be allowed to interrogate an under-trial prisoner while in prison.

(2) Such interrogation shall be held in the presence and within the hearing of a prison officer.
