The ward for under-trial prisoners shall be under the charge of a warder and shall, at the regular intervals, be visited by the gangs employed in sweeping, supplying water and giving food, under custody of jail official, who shall prevent their holding communication with any of the prisoners under-trial and except in such circumstances, no convicted prisoner shall be allowed to enter the ward.
