Section 219: Prohibition to receive cash or valuables

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Under trial prisoners shall not be allowed directly to receive any cash or valuable articles while under escort or while on the court premises.

(2) Such cash or articles as mentioned in sub-rule (1) shall be deposited in the prison office under intimation to the under-trial prisoner and credited in prisoners property register under proper authorization.
