Section 306: Legal aid

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Socio-legal counseling cell shall be set up in each institution to be managed by the volunteers from a designated law school, school of social work, or a non-governmental voluntary agency.

(2) Work done by students while working in such a cell shall be given academic credit and shall form a part of the student's graded curriculum.
