Section 324: Escorting of women prisoners

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The matron or Female Deputy Jailor or female Head Warder or Female Warder shall escort every female prisoner leaving the women's enclosure, and shall remain with the prisoner until the prisoner returns to the enclosure.

(2) The services of women police shall be utilized for escort duty with due regard to security considerations.
