Section 329: Civil ward

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Every civil prisoner shall be confined in the Civil ward or jail and shall not be allowed to hold communication or be associated with criminal prisoners.

(2) In jails in which there is no civil ward, any part of it may be set apart for civil prisoners:

Provided that civil prisoners shall be kept in complete isolation from criminal prisoners.
