Section 34: Custodial or Guarding Staff

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The strength of custodial or guarding staff shall be determined keeping in view the requirements of security, discipline, programme emphasis, duty posts, workload and distribution of functions.

(2) There has to be one guarding staff for every six prisoners.
