Section 356: Opinion of Board of doctors

If a mentally ill prisoner undergoing trial in a criminal case is certified by a board of doctors constituted for the purpose with the permission of the Court, that in their opinion such person is capable of making his or her defence, he or she shall be taken before the Magistrate or court, as the case may be, at such time as the Magistrate or court appoints for undergoing trial in the case against him.
