Section 367: Medical care for high security prisoner

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Medical care shall be the same as for other inmates but within the enclosures.

(2) In case of an emergency, they can be shifted to the local hospital for treatment but under proper police escort and guard adhering to rules regarding shifting of prisoners.
