Section 376: Detenues

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

Detenues arrested under Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988, the National Security Act, 1980 (Central Act No. 65 of 1980) and the Rajasthan Prevention of Anti-social Activities Act, 2006 (Act No. 1 of 2008), will be treated as per the rules of the Government issued, from time to time.
