Section 430: Cases having more than one “at large” period

(1) In cases where there are more than one “at large” periods, the aggregate total of all such periods shall be worked out in terms of days and added to the substantive sentence.

(2) The date on which the sum of these periods elapses, counting from the date of conviction, shall be the date of expiry of sentence.

Explanation: At large period shall mean the period spend by the prisoner outside the jail.
