Section 432: When a foreigner is sentenced to a term of imprisonment

If a foreigner, apprehended and detained under section 4 of the Foreigners Act, 1946 (Central Act No.

31 of 1946), has to undergo a term of imprisonment, the period of detention under the said Act shall be exclusive of and additional to the period of any sentence of imprisonment which may be imposed upon him or her.
