Section 455: Work-shed and its gate

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) Where a work-shed is enclosed and provided with a gate, the gate shall be kept locked after prisoners have entered and the key of the gate shall be kept by the officer in charge of the work-shed or of the yard in which the workshed is located.

(2) The officer in-charge shall be held responsible that no prisoner passes into or out of the work-shed without permission or proper cause.
