Section 462: Use of toilet at night

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The toilets shall be provided for each ward and prisoners shall use the toilet for defecation only when actually necessary and as a rule, it shall only be used in cases of emergency.

(2) Use of toilet by prisoner at night shall be reported to the Jailor by the nightwatchman.

(3) If such prisoner is found to be sick, he shall immediately be placed under medical observation apart from other patients.
