Section 508: Maintenance of register for cell

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) A register shall be kept in the vernacular by the warder in charge of the cells, showing the date on which each prisoner is admitted and discharged, the nature of the confinement ordered and the amount of task work done daily.

(2) The Jailor shall also record in Form as specified and in his report book in Form as specified the names of all prisoners who sleep in cells at night.
