Section 535: Interview with a prisoner who is seriously ill

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) If a prisoner is seriously ill, the Superintendent shall permit the interview to take place in the prison hospital.

(2) The Superintendent may, however, for special reasons to be recorded in writing, permit an interview to take place in any other part of the prison.
