Section 704: Implementation of welfare activities

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

(1) The Superintendent shall be responsible for the smooth and orderly implementation of welfare activities in the prison.

(2) The Prison Officer deputed for the purpose shall prepare quarterly reports of welfare activities being conducted in the prison and submit the same to the Superintendent for onward transmission to the Inspector General of Prisons with intimation to the Deputy Inspector General of Prisons (Range).
