Section 710: Remission Committee

The Rajasthan Prisons Rules, 2022State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

The Remission Committee of each institution will consist of,-

(a) Superintendent-in charge of the institution Chairman

(b) Jailor or senior most prison officer available in the institution Member

(c) Deputy Jailor in-charge of remission section Member Secretary

(d) Officer in charge of Industries or Vocational Training Member.
