Section 5: Repeal and Savings

The Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Act, 1981State Act of Rajasthan · Act 13 of 1981

(1) The Rajasthan Prohibition Act Repealing Ordinance, 1981 (Ordinance No. 7 of 1981) is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
