The Child Marriage Prohibition Officer shall inspect from time to time record of the Marriage Registration Officer (appointed under the instructions issued by the Home Department, Government of Rajasthan on 22.05.2006 for Compulsory Registration of Marriages), if from such inspection or otherwise he finds that child marriage is solemnised or is to be solemnised in violation of the Act, he shall take appropriate action under the Act.
