Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952State Act of Rajasthan · Act 5 of 1952

[ (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Public Demands Recovery Act, 1952.

(2) [It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan], (3) It shall come into force on such [date ] as the State Government may by notification in the [Official Gazette] appoint.]
