If the person of the Management of Institution or Limited Liability Partnership or others has been found guilty of the offence under sub-section (2) of section 10 of this Act, the Management or Institution or Limited Liability Partnership or others shall be liable to pay all cost and expenditure related to the examination, determined by the Designated Court and shall be banned forever.
