Whoever commits an offence punishable under section 6 having made preparation for, causing death of any person or causing hurt to any person or assaulting any person or for wrongfully restraining any person or for wrongful restraint shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
