The Commissioner, the Assistant Commissioner, the Inspectors and other subordinate Officer and servants appointed under this Act shall be the servants of the State Government and shall draw their pay and allowances from the Consolidated fund of the State. The conditions of service of all such officers and servants shall be such as may be determined bythe State Government.
