Section 2: Definitions

The Rajshthan Jail Band Fund Rule-1965State Rules of Rajasthan · 1894

In these rules unless there is any thing repugnant in the subject or context:—

(i) "Government" means the Government of Rajasthan.

ii) "Officer-Incharge of Band" means the Suj erintendent of the 8 > Jail or in the case of 'B' Class Jail the Deputy Superintendent thereof.
