Section 11: Grant of Registration to the real estate agent

Rajasthan Real estate (Regulation and Development) Rules 2017State Rules of Rajasthan · 2016

(1) Upon the registration of a real estate agent as per section 9 read with rule 10, the Authority shallissue a registration certificate with a registration numberin Form-I to the real estate agent.

(2) In case of rejection of the application as per section 9 the Authority shall inform in Form-J to the applicant.

(3) The registration granted under this rule shallbe valid for a period offive years.
