(1) The Authority shall maintain proper accounts of itsfunds and other relevant records. At the end of each financial year, the Authority shall prepare abudget and an annual statement of accounts, The annual statement of accounts shall be preparedin Forn -P. :
(2) The Authority shall preserve the accounts and other relevant records prepared under sub-rule(1) for a minimum period of fiveyears.
(3) The accounts and other relevant records prepared under sub-rule (1) shall be signed by theChairperson, Members, Secretary and the Officer in-charge of Finance and Accounts. _38. Annual Report.- (1)The Authority shall prepare, immediately after the end of thecalendar year, its annual report in Form-Q.
(2) In addition to matters specified in section 78, the Authority may include in its AnnualReportsuch other matters as it deems fit. -
(3) The annual report shall, after adoption at a meeting of the Authority and singed by theChairperson and Members and authenticated by affixing the common seal of the Authority, withrequisite number of copies thereof, be submitted to the State Government within a period of one iG) a WRI Wawa; AE 3, 2017 aT 6 (@) - hundred and eighty days immediately following the close oftheyear for which it has been prepared. ; .
