not be refused.- Nothing in the foregoing rules authorises any registering officer to refuse acceptance of a document for registration or an application for copies, search or inspection on the ground that it is not written by licenced document writer. Persons are free to draft their own documents, applications and petitions and to get the documents registered as per the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and rules made thereunder.
