Section 8: Persons authorised to work as document writer

The Rajasthan Registration (Licensing of Document Writers) Rules 2025State Rules of Rajasthan · 1908

(1) No person shall, for remuneration of any kind, write any document for registration or application for copies, search and inspection to be presented before a registration office, except under a licence granted in this behalf by the Licensing Authority concerned.

(2) No licence shall be necessary for a legal practitioner entitled by law to practice as an Advocate. .
