Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

The Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Act, 1956State Act of Rajasthan · Act 26 of 1956

(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Regulation of Boating Act, 1956.

(2) it extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan.

(3) it shall come into force on such date 1 as the State Government may, by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
