Section 9: Jurisdiction of courts barred

(1) An appeal shall lie, and may be brought in the prescribed mode to the revenue appellate authority under sub-section (1) may within 90 days from the date of such decision, appeal to the Revenue Board and the decision of the Board in an appeal under this section shall be final.
