Section 3: Rights to Forest Produce- The Rights of forest produce under sections 12 and 14 shall be subject to the following conditions, namely

(i) No felling, lopping, extraction of leaves, bark and roots shall be carried out from 1st May to 31st October, except the specific permission, in writing of the Forest Officer;

Provided that dead, dry fallen fuel wood may be bro in headloads for bonafied domestic needs.

(ii) No grass shall be cut between 1st July and 30 th September except with permission in writing of the Forest Officer.
