Section 16: Minimum Qualification

The Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) The minimum qualifications laid down by the academic authority notified by the Central Government under sub-section (1) of section 23 shall be applicable to all schools referred to in clause (n) of section 2.

(2) No appointment of teacher for any school can be made in respect of any person not possessing the minimum qualification laid down by the academic authority notified by the Central Government under sub-section

(1) of section 23.
