Section 23: Award of certificate

The Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

(1) The certificate of completion of elementary education shall be issued by the Headmaster of the School within one month of the completion of elementary education.

(2) The Certificate referred to in sub-rule (1) shall,–

(a) certify that the child has completed all courses of study prescribed under section 29.

(b) contain the pupil cumulative record of the child and also specify achievements of the child in areas of activities beyond the prescribed course of study and may include music, dance, literature, sports, etc 16
