Section 29: Removal of doubts

The Rajasthan Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Rules, 2011State Rules of Rajasthan · 2009

Where a doubt arises as to the interpretation of any of the provisions of these rules or their applicability, the matter shall be referred to the Government in the Education Department, whose decision thereon shall be final and binding.
