Section 15: Service of notice of hearing

The notice of hearing of first appeal, second appeal or revision, as the case may be, shall be served in any of the following manner, namely:-

(i) by the party or person himself;

(ii) through process server;

(iii) by the registered post with due acknowledgement: or

(iv) through the department concerned.
