Section 7: Hearing of Complaint

Rajasthan Right to Hearing Rules, 2012State Rules of Rajasthan · 2012

The Public Hearing Officer on receipt of the complaint shall, within the stipulated time limit, provide an opportunity of hearing to the complaint and decide the same. The Public Hearing Officer shall communicate his decision, in Form 3 to the complainant within stipulated time limit.
