(1) The State Fund shall be utilized for the following purposes. namely: = @ financial assistance received i in the form of donations ~ from various corporaté organizations as part of their - corporate social responsibility. as contingency fund; or
(b) providing financial assistance for the specially "7 trained/trained ‘persons in the mental hospitals and “f+ special schools run in the state;- 9.
