Section 18: Control by the State Government

The Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015State Act of Rajasthan · Act 15 of 2015

(1) The Authority shall exercise its powers and perform its duties under this Act or rules and regulations made thereunder, subject to any policy and guidelines of the State Government in respect of Water Resources.

(2) The Authority shall be bound to comply with such directions of the State Government as may be issued by it for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
