Section 1: Short title, extant and commencement

(1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan State Mineral Exploration Trust Rules, 2020.

(2) They shall extent to whole of the State of Rajasthan and shall apply to all minor minerals.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
