Section 13: Implementation of identified projects by the Executive Committee

(1) The Executive Committee shall implement the identified projects consistent with the objectives of the Trust as approved by the Governing Body.

(2) In implementation of the projects referred to in sub-rule (1), the Executive Committee shall devise its own procedure consistent with the Act and rules made thereunder.
