Section 4: Governing Body

(1) The Governing Body of the Trust shall consist of the following, namely:-

1. Minister-in-charge of the Mines and Petroleum Department Chairperson 1123 jktLFkku jkt&i=] flrEcj 15] 2020 Hkkx 4 ¼x½

2. ACS/Pr. Secretary/ Secretary, Finance Member

3. ACS/Pr. Secretary/ Secretary, Environment, Forest Member

4. ACS/Pr. Secretary/ Secretary, Revenue Member

5. MD, Rajasthan State Mines & Mineral ( RSMML) Member

6. Deputy Director General (Rajasthan Unit), GSI(WR) Member

7. Director, Mines & Geology Member

8. Nominee from Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited Member

9. ACS/Pr. Secretary/ Secretary Mines and Petroleum Member- Secretary

(2) The Chair person of the Governing Body may invite any person having special knowledge in the field of Mineral Exploration. Such invitee shall have no voting right in the meeting but they shall be entitled to receive such sitting fee and other allowances as may be decided by the Government, from time to time.
