The amount will be drawn in cash by the Local Bodies under the counter signatures of the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (B & R) *[Such of the Local Bodies who want to get the work executed through the agency of State Public Works Department will not be paid the amount of Grant-in-Aid in cash. The amount shall be credited in the accounts by the Executive Engineer under head "Deposit Works" by transfer entry.]
