Application for grant-in-aid will be addressed to the Secretary, Public Works Department through the Director of Local Bodies, Rajasthan, Jaipur who while forwarding the application to the Secretary, Public Works Department, will attach a certificate regarding he financial position of the Local Body, with special reference to its capacity to its spend its share as per rules and pay off the loan arrears as well.
